SETTING UP A NEW BUSINESS

Are you setting up a new business and not sure what to do about the bookkeeping?

As a Registered BAS Agent we can set up the accounting software and customise and code your chart of accounts to suit your business. We will also be able to assist you with all your ATO and ASIC obligations.

CONVERSION TO XERO / CONVERSION TO QUICKBOOKS ONLINE

Are you using outdated desk top software – perhaps MYOB, Quick Books (desktop)  or something else?

If you would like to convert to a cloud based software solution such as Xero or QuickBooks Online, we can complete the conversion for you. We will import your existing chart of accounts, bank accounts and data from your old software directly into Xero or QuickBooks Online and ensure it is all running smoothly for you.

DATA ENTRY

Using cloud based software, there is very minimal data entry required. However, you can leave it all to us and save yourself sometime in the evenings or over the weekend to spend time with your family and enjoying the things you love to do.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

We can enter all your bills and keep track of who you owe money to. Also, we can arrange payments for you

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

If you like, we can prepare and issue all your invoices. We can also receive and record all your payments and follow up any debtors who are slow to pay.

Leave your debtor management to us and ensure you get paid sooner!

BANK RECONCILIATIONS

We can reconcile all your bank accounts, including any credit card accounts. We will provide you with copies of reconciliation reports for your records.

Automatic bank feeds are available in Xero  and QuickBooks Online on a daily basis which greatly assists with reconciling your accounts to ensure you are aware of your account balances on a daily basis. This allows you to monitor your cashflow more accurately and understand the financial position of your business.

BAS / IAS

As a Registered BAS Agent we are able to handle all your BAS / IAS and other ATO reporting obligations on your behalf. We are also authorised to liaise with the ATO on your behalf in relation to your reporting obligations.

We will prepare and lodge your returns electronically on a monthly or quarterly basis. You will receive copies of all reports lodged on your behalf, including copies lodgement confirmations from the ATO.
